Heart Rate Variability (HRV)

Used as an assessment tool for Biofield functioning, HRV is an indicator of chronic physical and mental stress.

Functional measure for the following organ systems:

-autonomic nervous

-cardiovascular

-respiratory

-endocrine

Noninvasive Validated HRV Devices used:

ECG Chest Strap

Infrared Pulse Detector

What does HRV measure?:

-HRV has over 70 variables it can measure. BSI assessment will focus on the tone of the vagus nerve as an indication of the biofield (mind-body) stress and health indicator. The graph below demonstrates how HRV serves as a mind-body metric and the physiology of HRV for reading vagal tonality.
